Refund Policy

Each piece is made specifically for you the moment you order it — brought into being only once you've claimed it. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color, or change of mind.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at connect@hniy.store. Include a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a free reprint or a refund — no need to send anything back.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but your order hasn't arrived, or if your package appears lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at connect@hniy.store.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Contact us at connect@hniy.store to begin this process.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at connect@hniy.store.
